Keith Usher (Corporate Management & Development Training Specialist in Dubai)
Keith has spent his entire career in training and development, joining a financial services company in 1981 as a Financial Adviser/Sales Manager and later as a Business and Training Consultant.
In 1998 he moved to the Middle East and took up a position as the Head of Management Development for the Zurich Group where he was responsible for developing competency-based management development systems and training of sales managers & directors. Keith has spent the last 4 years operating as an independent HR consultant in the Middle East and established Insight Learning Organisation FZLLC in 2003, based in Dubai Knowledge Village. Since then Keith has provided sales, recruitment, management training development solutions and corporate management training in Dubai to a wide variety of businesses including Dubai Duty Free, Dubai Development & Investment Authority (DDIA), Aptec Gulf, life assurance companies, banks and other medium sized businesses. Keith’s strengths lie in his pragmatic approach to the development of managers as well as sales people and employees based on more than 15 years of ‘walking the talk’ in increasing profitability for businesses. Keith is the Managing Director of Insight Learning Organisation based in Dubai, he now spends his time providing corporate managment training in Dubai and several countries across the Middle East. He is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner and licensed Trainer as well as a PADI certified scuba diving instructor!

David Naylor (Business Consultant)
David has over 24 years experience in the fields of sales, sales development and management consultancy in both the retail and financial services industries. Having carried out senior sales and internal consultancy roles in blue chip companies such as GUS, Sears and Zurich, he set up DJN Development Consultants in 2000 and then Partnership Coaching Ltd to provide performance coaching and management development services to international clients including Axa, Zurich, MetLife International, Intel and Bombardier. During his career, he has built experience of developing sales models in global markets across Latin America and Asia, including the major emerging markets of China, India and Brazil. David has held positions of Vice President for AIG and MetLife International, responsible for the Latin America business, comprising Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay. David now provides specialised sales coaching and management development consultancy expertise to international organisations in major emerging marketplaces. He is an Associate Partner with Insight Learning Organisation, specialising in Business Consultancy and Sales Training.

Emma Huntley (Personal Development Training Consultant in Dubai)
Emma joined Insight Learning Organisation as a Training Consultant in 2006 and delivers Emergency First Response (EFR) and customer service / personal development training in Dubai for businesses ranging from all sizes and sectors. Each programme is individually developed and delivered by Emma to meet the specific needs of clients. The EFR course provides attendees with an internationally recognised certification upon completion.
Regional clients for EFR include Dubai International Financial Centre and the growing demand for trained first aid personnel in businesses and organisations based in the Middle East has led to the development of an additional ‘Train The Trainer’ certification that enables companies to deliver their own in-house first aid training for staff if they prefer this option.
Emma has spent most of her life in the Middle East and has broad experience of the people and cultures. As a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor, she has developed an expertise in personal development training & understanding by helping people of Dubai to learn new skills and overcome challenges. These skills have enabled Emma to work during the past few years as a customer service representative in the financial services sector and subsequently specialise as a customer service trainer where she has both designed and developed bespoke training materials on this subject.
Emma’s strengths lie in her ability to communicate and deliver clear and concise programs. She has an interest in different learning styles and looks at each individual separately to enable every participant to get the most out of their course. Emma also teaches English, is based in the UK, and makes regular trips to the UAE to deliver programmes.
