Ram Ganglani, Chairman

Ram Ganglani, brings 43 years of experience as a businessman to the group. His expertise stretches from Communication Skills, Sales and Marketing to Finance and Internal Administration in regions as varied as Africa and Europe and now the Middle East.
Ram is always looking for ways to add value and strengthen relationships with the RS partners. The ongoing objective is to concentrate on inviting high quality speakers and experienced trainers to conduct programs on hot management topics of the day. Hobbies include walking, swimming, poetry and reading inspirational literature.

Gautam Ganglani, Managing Director

Gautam, a young Business and Finance Graduate from the U.K. brings loads of enthusiasm and energy into each project he undertakes. His commitment is whole-hearted and he is passionate about supporting the learning culture that has evolved in this region. A very confident go-getter, adept at building trust and a great rapport with the corporate clientele. Gautam is always aiming higher and pushing harder to give more value to our partners by going for a win-win in each relationship. His interests include networking & making new friends. Also loves travelling, cricket, squash and bowling.

Gopal Chandanani, Business Creation Manager

Gopal is very enthusiastic about the rapid growth of the business. A graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Marketing along with Event management experience makes a high contribution to the Marketing Department. From creating the Marketing plan to its implementation along with constantly upgrading and updating the corporate website and designing of all material related to the publicity and marketing of the Business is taken care by him. He also plays a vital role in Business Development for Right Selection. Gopal is intelligent & hardworking and is therefore able to achieve excellent standards in the work he produces. Very perceptive and imaginative. Always striving for improvement and perfection. He is a professional Chef and Disc Jockey and is also an Ace at Mind Mapping.

Angie Buquis
Angie joined Right Selection in 2007 as the company accountant and came with great potential. She is pleasant and well focused, already willing to take on additional responsibilities that she is given from time to time.
She has worked very efficiently and has used her abilities wonderfully to progress rapidly to the role of “Financial Controller.”
Besides managing the stock inventory, she also looks after all the banking and accounting transactions relating to the group. Angie enjoys interacting with our client partners to smoothen the process of documentation relating to sales and payments.

Anwar Chowdhury, Resource Center Sales and Inventory

Anwar Chowdhury completed his education in 1997 and started his career with "Right Selection". His eagerness to learn constantly has helped him climb up the ladder in his career. Currently he looks after the "RS" bookstore and takes special care of the retail clients. Anwar also is responsible for preparing consignments for dispatch to all our clients (Corporate libraries and other bookstores) and also for displays at various seminars and gatherings of business groups.
He keeps a close eye on the inventory. Loves his work & interacts very well with the other members of the "RS" team.

Shoaib Alam Gul, Outdoor Sales and Distribution

Shoaib Alam Gul with Right Selection since 1997 is responsible for outdoor sales and distribution. He is constantly on the road to meet clients' deadlines - doing his best to deliver on time to the customers, to fulfill the promises made by the company. He also takes care of all the clearance formalities for all cargo imported. Being of a friendly and cooperative nature, he is able to handle his challenges and clear his tasks very efficiently.
Shoaib always tries to do more than he is expected to do, demonstrating very clearly that he has fallen in love with his work. A great asset to have in the "RS" team.
